I am a Calaveras County local who has been involved in various community endeavors over many years. I am deeply committed to promoting holistic wellness within the community and am honored to offer integrative mental health care to youth and adults from a diverse range of backgrounds, cultures, and personal identities.

I take a client-centered approach to care, attuning to the unique needs of the client and honoring the client's lived experience. I believe that care should always come from a place of humility and curiosity, honoring the client's autonomy and fostering self-reflection, self-awareness, and a greater sense of authorship in the way we walk through the world. I come from a holistic and integrative standpoint, taking a variety of factors into consideration to promote wellness and health.

I believe that each and every person has something valuable to gain in therapy, and that everyone deserves the opportunity to truly grow, heal, and thrive.

In my personal time, and as an important part of my own path to wellbeing, I enjoy gardening, cooking, time outside, yoga, and time with my husband and three children. 

I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist working under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I currently serve MACT Health Board Behavioral Health.

I also contract with the County of Calaveras and First Five Calaveras, facilitating psychoeducational, emotional intelligence, and parenting courses.
